1-on-1
A Monthly Menu Improvement (MMI) session is used to detect and prevent potential problems with your menu. The session is a in-depth 1-on-1 phone call with Londa using your menus. Call at least a week in advance to schedule.
Group Classes
Group training classes are held three times per year. They are 2 hrs each and count towards both CACFP and licensing requirements. Updated class dates are posted in the Facebook group.
