Holidays

Effective as of 10/22/2010, it shall be the policy of Providers Premier Choice of SEK, Inc. that meals served by providers on the following holidays will ONLY be reimbursed if the sponsor has been notified in advance that the provider will be offering daycare services on said holiday. Again, the meals will be deducted if we have not been notified in advance that you will have children on these holidays.

How do you need to notify us?

  • You may call us, 866.542.2237

  • You may email us, myfoodprogram@embarqmail.com

  • You may list it on your menus PRIOR month

Why do you need to notify us?

  • We must be able to visit you, to do that we must know when you are open.

  • We hope to eliminate the phone calls required to verify that providers were open on these holidays.

Please save this list of "official" holidays in your CACFP manual.

  • Mother's Day

  • Father's Day

  • Labor Day

  • Christmas Day

Digital Menus

We have been instructed that computer failure is not a sufficient excuse for not seeing menus at a visit. Please print your menus at least weekly to prevent deducted meals and some headaches for you if your computer crashes or has other "issues". Also, completed menus must be on premises in order to be counted.
